nano stream holders

both my new nano streams holders broke. The progs all fell off and the horseshoe thingy that holds it like severed in half...is this a normal problem? They have been in the aquarium for about 2 months and i took them out to clean them and noticed all the damage. How can i go about getting new ones?

PM me an address and I will send new ones. When they brake this easily it is due to being overheated during the molding process.
