Nano wave controller work with Tunze power head?

As the title indicated, I would like to know if the nano wave box controller will work with my controllable tunze powerhead?

Yes, it won't be very effective, but it will work. It can modestly boost the wave of a wavebox if the pump is placed on the same side. Otherwise it isn't very useful and another controller intended for non wave flow should be used.

I'm sorry, what I'm trying to say is I want to use the controller from the wavebox and connect it to the powerhead so that I can adjust the flow of the powerhead.

The flow of the powerhead would be adjusted by the transformer voltage or potentiometer on the pump connector. All the controller could do is pulse it in unison with the wavebox which is not a very effective way to produce linear flow it is designed to pulse rapidly to produce a wave, the 7091 would be better for linear flow.
