Nano Wavebox - where can I get one?

I'm looking for a nano wavebox. I have a controller, but need the box. All I can find is the nano wavebox with a controller.

Are the nano wavebox's sold separately (like the wavebox extension)? If so, where?

They are not available without the controller and piecing one together from parts is more expensive.
