Nano wavebox

Hi all my name is D.R. and I live in Austin. I woke up yesterday morning and my wavebox was making a thumping sound everytime it engaged. I took it apart to clean it. When I pulled the impeller out there was a metal o ring that was seperate from the impeller. After a day long soak in vinegar it still makes the same thunking sound. Any ideas on a fix? Any help would be appreciated.

This would be a very early nano wavebox as the metal washer was discontinued and replaced with a graphite/plastic washer around December 2007. It should be a straightforward repair of a new disk(washer) and new drive unit as long as the metal shaft is still firmly in the motor, the metal shaft should not come out.

metal shaft still firmly attached. So where do I go from there I'm in Austin and can meet anywhere in town just want the wife happy and she's not as it's loud. About how much will it cost?

Just under $20 for both parts, if you can stop by this afternoon between say 2:30 and 5:30 I can fix it up, I would bring in the pump so we can check it out.

Between 1 and 2:30 we take lunch, it is typically 1-2 but we like to have all orders pulled and all repairs done before we leave for lunch so occasionally we leave later. Please call first if you will come around this time, after 3, I can promise we will be here or before 1.
