Nanostream 6025 Problems

Hi Roger (and everyone else),

One of my 2 Nanostreams has started to make quite a bit of vibrational noise. I took it apart to clean it and discovered that the shaft pulls out of the pump with the prop. On my other 6025, this isn't the case (only the prop pulls out).

Can you help?
