Nanostream shaft broke

The shaft on my nanostream broke last night - it appears to have developed some corrosion at its base (where the disk sits under the prop assembly). Is this something that can be repaired?

This happens on the earlier pumps we made before June 2007, we use 316ss for the shaft and it was Chinese made, we then switched to a German supplier for a 316TI alloy and the problem is solved. If you send me the pump, we will replace it with a new one. So many small changes have been made that we have to change the entire pump.

Thanks Roger. Do you want me to include the clamp/bracket as well (i.e. the entire unit)? I have actually replaced this about 4 months ago after it cracked. Thanks again for your help.

These have not changed and it sounds like already have the revised clamp (softer more flexible plastic). I just need the pump itself.
