Naokoae wrasse displaying

Last night, my Naokoae wrasse was on a rampage, flashing/displaying for my (male...I thought) social/longfin wrasse...who, in turn, was displaying for him! Someone told he that the Naokoae is sometimes called a 'sharkfin' wrasse, which you can see why, from the pics.

When the top fin was 'up' his upper body changed from black/dark-dark red to white/iridescent blue, and tail was iridescent blue...swimming back and forth, the length of tank...very hard to get a good pic...unfortunately I didn't think to get a video! MAYBE, next time!

Nice shots. Fairies and flashers are amazing when they display. Definitely one of nature's coolest spectacles.
 
Nice fish. I love mine. He's always swimming around examining my rocks and corals. Here's a pic of mine. I'd love to get him a companion.
