I purchased this Naso tang for my 125 gallon reef tank about 5 days ago. After putting him in the tank I noticed he had a white patch (looked like the skin was coming off) where the orange patch on his tail was suppose to be.

Over the next few days it has gotten worse and has spread to the back underside (nearest the tail) of the Naso (it looks like his skin is coming off). The Naso has refused to eat since I got him... so my attempts to feed him food with garlic and without garlic have failed (I have tried cyclopeeze, brine, krill. mysis, and prawn eggs to no avail). He has gotten much worse and is breathing heavy and not eating. Does anyone know what this might be, and how to treat him for it. I have a quarantine tank, but it is a small 33 gallon quarantine tank. I included pics below, sorry for the quality.
