naso with white patches

just got a blond naso tang in QT. I see these white patches this morning and not sure what it is. Any ideas? Have not gotten it to eat yet. It is about 5 to 6 inches.

White spots on fins. Looks like ick. Hyposalinity or cupramine. I personally don't do hypo anymore. Copper can treat a wider variety of parasites.

The white marks I cannot identify collection scratches ? Parasite bites?
