I got NSW two fays back. The water is crystal clear
All parameters are fine . I do no that some micro particles are there in it . I used filter socks for large particles.
Any more filter is required ?

Should be good to go.
I used NSW for years. Only filtering was done by the large rock/sand filters the facility used where I collected my water from.
Have fun, your fish and corals will thank you.

This is my first NSW . Going to introduce fish now . Should I add bacteria for cycle ? Is it necessary ?

Did you start with live rock? If not, then yes, you will need to seed the tank with bacteria. Even if you did start with LR, it will not hurt to add bacteria. Just makes for a stronger colony.

Excellent. Just some 5 gallon jugs and a little lifting. It's also an extra excuse to get in the water. I didn't filter when I lived in Southern California. Be careful to wait a few days after rain fall, even here in the tropics.

My damsel seems fine . I don't have protein skimmer . Is that fine ? . I'm a beginner and student too. Protein skimmer is way too costly. How about air stone skimmer ,is it helpful ?

You can run the tank without a skimmer, you just have to do more water changes.

A air stone skimmer will work, just not as efficient. I used one on my second SW tank, back around 1990. Worked OK.

Not sure what you are asking with your question about running water. If you are talking how long should the tank be up and running before adding fish, I'd say a month is good. It gives the LR time to clear out any die off.
When I set up my 400G tank, I let it run for several months before adding any fish or corals. By the time I got ready to add fish and corals, there was a ton of life in the tank. Pods were all over the place as there were no predators in the tank to eat them. Made for a good start to the micro life that lives in our tanks.
