The July meeting will be held on Saturday, July 20th at 12:30PM. We will be having a great raffle and our 50/50 coral auction! Bring your frags and have some fun!
We will be meeting at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Southeast Durham, 4620 South Miami Boulevard, Durham. It is located right off of I-40 on South Miami Blvd. Once inside the hotel, turn right and the meeting room will be at the end of the hall. We will be in the TW Alexander room.
Doors open at 11:30PM
Meeting officially starts at 12:00PM and ends at 2:30
We will be raffling an all-in-one 8 gallon nano tank from Innovative Marine donated by ReefKeepers!

Everyone that attends will receive one chance to win. Additional tickets can be purchased at the meeting for $1 per ticket or 25 tickets for $20. You must be present to win!

[ul]Here are the rules for the auction
[li]Only NCMAS members are allowed to sell corals in the auction. If you aren't a member, you can sign up at the meeting or follow the instructions on our website about becoming a member[/li]
[li]Members bringing coral will receive 50% of the sale at the end of the auction (the other 50% will go to the club)[/li]
[li]Members bringing coral must arrive at 11:30PM to get everything checked in. No corals will be accepted after 12PM.[/li]
[li]All items must be put in store quality bags. Zip-Loc bags must not be used as they will leak and cause a mess.[/li]
[li]No more than 20 corals can be sold per person[/li]
[li]You may only bring 2 corals of the similar species (ie. only 2 pulsing xenia frags)[/li]
[li]All corals must be free of bugs (e.g. red bugs, flat worms...)[/li]
[li]All corals must have a photo that will be displayed during the auction. Please email your list of corals along with the photos before July 19th to president@ncmas.org. Please include:

[sub_li]Name of coral[/sub_li]
[sub_li]Size of frag (ex. 2" SPS, # of polpys, heads or eyes)[/sub_li]
[sub_li]Color of frag (ex. green w/ blue tips)[/sub_li]
[sub_li]Photos of the frag WYSIWYG or Mother Colony (please specify which)[/sub_li][/sub_ul][/li]
[li]NCMAS members can buy coral in the auction for no charge. Non-members will need to pay a one-time $5 fee at the end of the auction if they end up winning anything.[/li][/ul]
Items can be paid with cash or credit card at the end of the auction.
Everyone that buys coral at the auction will be taking home a free sample of Coral Rx and a bottle of super glue so they can dip and attach their corals when they get home!
