I have to ask: what is a grateful dead cowboy librarian? I know what a grateful dead librarian is, as I am one myself. Does this mean you only catalogue the bobby/cowboy tunes? Or does it mean you are a grateful dead librarian who happens to be a cowboy? ...out in the west texas town of el paso, I fell in love with a mexican girl...

I have no actual claim to cowboyship, I just stole it from a review I read once because I thought it sounded cool! (to me!)
I don't think there are very many cowboys in Geneva actually.
It was in one of the Taping Compendiums, & the reviewer was at his 1st show. He was describing how he saw the band at that moment, ("cowboy librarians") which was not what he had expected after hearing them live at all...
