Need a Apex Program for a Skimmer Neck Cleaner

I just got my new Skimmer Neck Cleaner and need a program that will turn it on for 15 Seconds then off for 2 Hours?

Can someone point me to some sample code?

This will run for 15 seconds out of every 2 hours, continuously.

That is a bit excessive to run the cleaner; the one I purchased from BubbleKing suggests 15 seconds per 24 hours. If you clean so often you might cause the skimmer to be less efficiant as it will collapse the bubble tower for short periods after a cleaning cycle; are you certain cleaning this often is what the mfg suggests?

No sugestion from the mfg. I will probably try different times and see what it does. I do know that in a few hours it builds up.

I think it will probably change as my tank needs change.

One of my other systems will probably be every six hours.
