Need a cup of sand, water, etc in Waukesha, 53189

In the middle of a long 33g Oceanic build (click red house if interested) and now thinking I may move from this house, and may not setup the "dream" tank I was planning. Not 100% on that, but I have another one that I was planning on doing after the 33, but thought I'd now start that one.

Can anyone help a fellow WI reefer out? I'd like to start up a Finnex 22g all in one setup this weekend and hoped I could get a little "good stuff" or gunk from someone's tank to start it. Or if you want a couple bucks for a little live sand or whatever I'm up for that. I could use some live rock too, which I would gladly pay folks for.

Didn't work out with Colin (Illuminati) so I'm wondering if anyone else has anything...cup of gunk, sand, a little H2O...to seed a new tank I wanted to start this weekend.

Beyond this, I'm also lookig to buy some liverock and other items if any of you in the general SE WI area have anything.

i am in waukesha and can help you out if you still need it... my tank is only a few months old so i don't know if that sand and rocks are really "live" yet.

Thanks everyone...thought I would need this sand and water to "seed" my tank when I first posted this message, but it took me longer than I had expected to get my RODI unit first. I don't want to start out a new tank w/out great water first. I just bought an RODI on EBay so hopefully in the next few days I'll get it and be ready.

I'm still looking for liverock for sale, etc if anyone knows anyone in the area. I'm regularly as far west as Madison, and in the Waukesha/Milwaukee metro area as well.

i can gladly help you out.... i am near TT and Summit... but I will be gone Saturday morning until sunday or monday.

but then again, I have an active outbreak of ich right now, so you probably don't want my sand... haha.

hmmm...yeah...is ich kept in the system thru the living organisms (fish, etc) or also thru the sand?
