Need a new heater

I just had an Eheim Jager go bad on me and stay on. Luckily I caught it before the water got too warm. I need another heater for a 250g tank and 75g refugium. What do you recommend?

Finnex titanium heating tubes. You can use their controller, or if you have an Apex use that. With an Apex you can get alerted via email or text when the temp goes up or down.
