I may have a flat worm problem on my hands here. As a build up, flat worms totally destroyed my 150 and now i really hate them. I have never see one in my 65 till today. It looked just like a baby flatworm, scooting around my side glass. Now my question is other than a 6 line wrasse is there another fish that may eat these little devils? The other occupants are 2 SWiss guard basslets, a bi color blenny, a fire fish, and a gold band maroon. Mixed reef mainly lps, any positive experiences would help.

If you are up for the challenge, Leopard wrasses will eat them, as well as Radiant Wrasses. There is a Nudi Branch as well that eats them, it goes by the name Blue Velvet Slug.

Have not seen a flatworm in years since I added my 3 wrasses, Mystery, Melanurus, and Radient wrasses. Flatworm eating machines!

Buzzword. Any aggression from the Mystery? I been thinking about getting one but keep hearing about how they will pick on other fish.

Thanks for the responses, I love leopard wrasses but I failed twice with them in my other system. So I am hesistant to try them again, but I will look up those others that you mentioned!

A yellow coris or melanarus wrasse should help take care of the problem. I went with a yellow coris to wipe out a nudibranch infestation, and I've read of many people having success with controlling/eating flatworms. The issue I read about the melanarus is that when they grow larger, they can go after small inverts, including ornamental shrimp. I had a mystery wrasse before that became aggressive as he grew up. He'd often attack any wrasse or goby that was subsequently introduced into the tank. Mystery wrasses are beautiful specimens, but it was just my experience though.
