I have a 120g I would like to add a few wrasses to. Currently I have 10 fairly small fish, feed pellets twice a day, flake once a day and frozen four to five days a week.
You cannot go wrong with fairies or leopards. Hali wrasses can be AH'es, but some are cool if you keep them well fed. Most possum wrasses are AH's too.
You should be fine 4-5 wrasses. You will want to avoid aggressive species. Most fairies are peaceful, but there are a few such as Scott's fairy that you want to avoid. Put your list together and folks here will be happy QC it for you.
My redlined wrasse is one of the most chill fish I've ever had. Redlineds eat lots of nasty critters and are reef safe. Totally non aggressive, very active. Gets along very well in my 45 gallon with a tanakas possum wrasse and a carpenters flasher wrasse (and an orchid dottyback for good measure!).
