Need a wrasse stocking list

I have a 120g I would like to add a few wrasses to. Currently I have 10 fairly small fish, feed pellets twice a day, flake once a day and frozen four to five days a week.

Do you have inverts? What is the temperament of other fish? My bias and favorite genus are the fairy ( cirrhilabrus) wrasses.

I am a leopard wrasse guy.

You cannot go wrong with fairies or leopards. Hali wrasses can be AH'es, but some are cool if you keep them well fed. Most possum wrasses are AH's too.

If I had carte blanche with wrasses, I'd add these:

Fourline
Melanarus (male)
Flame wrasse (male)
Mystery

Those are my favorites. Nice mix of color/shape.

Tough to go wrong with wrasses. Awesome fish. I currently have a tiny yellow coris and a small female flame wrasse.

How many can you have together though? I'm looking to try and keep about 4-5 wrasses.

You should be fine 4-5 wrasses. You will want to avoid aggressive species. Most fairies are peaceful, but there are a few such as Scott's fairy that you want to avoid. Put your list together and folks here will be happy QC it for you.

I have 9 wrasses in my 150.
Depending on your choices you should be fine, as mentioned above there are some that you will want to avoid.

My redlined wrasse is one of the most chill fish I've ever had. Redlineds eat lots of nasty critters and are reef safe. Totally non aggressive, very active. Gets along very well in my 45 gallon with a tanakas possum wrasse and a carpenters flasher wrasse (and an orchid dottyback for good measure!).
