need advice on ATO, and Controllers

Ok After this tragedy I am convinced I need things to be a bit more controlled on my system. Im looking to buy the best quality in ATO, Solenoid for RO, and a controller for PH, Temp and dosing also a single doser. So lets hear those praises and concerns for different brands. thanks

the Spectrapure Liter Meter is probably among the best (if not THE best) dosing/ATO pump for reef aquaria.

Any of the popular controllers are good- you just need to find one in your price range that offers what you need.

Gary would that be over kill for just dosing lime water? I like what I have read about the brand. But should i go with a different model. Money isnt really an option but I dont want to spend more than i need to. But i dont want to cheap out either.

Also heres what im looking to do to give everybody an idea of what to suggest.

I would like to use an ATO that plugs directly into an RO line I have ran to the sump.
So an nice float switch and a reliable solenoid to allow and disallow the ro to flow freely.

I would like to get a controller. Im looking at the AC3. I like the ph control, temp, I think the alarms would be a nice feature. and the fact that I could set up another float switch higher in the sump and have the controller shut off the return pump if the water level gets too high. good idea bad idea??

And a something to dose lime water.
