need advice on what to do with refugium?

My refugium ran dry for a couple of hours. Leaking accident so my problem is that a couple of spots in the algae that turn the grape type of algae like brown or see through orange. any ideas of what it is?

Caulerpa does that when it dries out. I'd suggest cutting out the brown bits. The rest of the plant will be ok.
