planning to purchase a chiller for my 220 gal i saw in ebay selling a 1/2 hp chiller for $325 the brand is aquarium new live coral in hollywood fl. any body using this brand?

If you plan on putting it inside a cabinet the 1/2 HP is noisy and expells a lot of hot air out of the fan coil so you might want to add a little cooling fan in your cabinet.

probably the same one that ive seen on craigs list search south florida it uses a ranco controller and it does look like a good deal he isnt using titanium which probably accounts for the lower price

Personally I'd be wary of something that sounds too good to be true. I would recommend searching for coupons especially this time of year for vendors and brands that you know. If you keep an eye out I'm sure you'll get some good deals.

There are some stores trying to jump start the holidays by bumping up their black Friday sales, I'm curious if any reef stores local or online will be doing the same.
