Need ailment ID for Kole Tang please

I picked up a Kole Tang today. It is in QT and has developed what I would describe as a ringworm (if it were on a person) type mark under his eye. It was not there when I bought it at the LFS.

He has been flashing a bit but otherwise seems fine. I tried to get a picture but it was hard to get a clear one, this is the best I could get. Anyone know what this looks like?

There are no white specs on the kole, those are microbubbles.

Well, the good news is that he seems to have settled down and is eating a wee but. I intend to dose PraziPro but I may wait until morning? GEt him to eat some more first? Does that sound like a good idea?
