Need assistance with TTM

OK so I am on my 4th transfer. All fish are very active and eating well. Thinking I was coming to the end of my battle with ich I took a close inspection of my powder blue. He has more than he ever has. So do I keep going?

What are your thoughts?

I am using two 35 gallon rubber made tubs. They are cleaned with vinegar and RO/DI then dried for two days.

I have the following meds as well.

Prazipro
Formalin
Malachite Green

The tang. Since TTM only eliminates ich, continued symptoms suggest a different parasite. Also, more details of the treatment process (including number of fish, etc) are always useful to analyze what is happening.

also elaborate on your cleaning and swapping procedure of the various equipment you are using. are you using powerheads or anything similar that has lots of nooks and crannies where water may not completely dry in?

i had a failed situation using 30g aquariums several months ago where i was TTM'ing 6 Tang's. no clue why it failed, but i have to figure that since Ich was really bad before TTM, that it increased the chances of a cyst to form on a fish rather than somewhere else in the tank. i reperformed TTM again and it seemed to work out for me that time.

For the TTM I am using
35 gallon rubber made tubs
1 air stone
1 pump for flow
1 heater

All items are drained and cleaned with rodi water and vinegar. Then I dry them with paper towels. Then they air dry for two more days.

Fish consist of
1 powder blue tang
1 blue hippo tang
1 Naso Tang
8 Anthias
2 clowns
1 coral beauty
1 lawnmower blenny

I mix the water in a 50 gallon trash can. Pump into the dry container. I move the fish with as little water transfer as possible by netting the fish, remove from net then use dry hand to introduce them to new tub. Then I start cleaning the dirty tub.

As for a picture but I can not get a picture good enough to see anything. They a very small. When looking from top down they almost look like small hairs. Doing a freshwater dip just now reviled nothing. No other fish show symptoms and all fish eat like pigs including powder blue. They all swim like crazy until I get over the tank then they all try to hide in the pvc pipe I have in the tank.

I would get a couple of colanders and use them instead of the net. A fresh water dip would have no impact on ich, but would help diagnose flukes. Describe, please, exactly what you are seeing on the one fish.

OK what I am seeing on the Powder Blue looks like almost nothing. But when you look close from the top down with a flash light it almost looks like hairs. They stick out maybe 1/64 so very very small. They are white

Could be hook worms. They can get longer than 1/64" though. Hairlike objects doesn't sound like ich at least.

Do you have bristle worms in your qt by chance? Whenever my fish rub against one they get the hairlike spines in patches across them.

No no worms it is a empty tub.

Google hook worms and look at images. They act more like a parasite than worm (may actually be a parasite...), and are very small. They just attach to the fish and hold on.
