Need BIO Media for QT Tank

Can anyone help? I need bio media for my QT tank as my main display is sick from my ignorance in not QTing in the first place.
Or provide guidance?

if your going to add any medication in the QT don't use a skimmer or carbon...just mechanical filtration....and add the proper amount of medication in water changes to maintain the desired levels....HTH
