I just hooked up a chiller and need a lesson on how these things should be set up.
I don't want the tank to get above 82F. Right now my MH turn off when that happens - which is only during a few periods of the year.
The chiller apparently has a 2 degree temperature differential. So I guess that means the chiller turns on when the temperature is 2 above the set point.
So, if I want the chiller to go on at a temp of 82 then I should put the set point at 80, right? And the chiller will run until the temp cools to 80?
