I bought a used one. I was told in perfect working condition. Well it isn't leaks and solenoid doesn't seal. Unable to adjust low side pressure properly.

Not looking to spend $200. But want a good one.

IMO, you would be safer to bite the bullet and buy new as this is a part that can kill a tank if it goes bad, but you do have a controller that can shut it down in this case.

Have you checked the seals on the regulator? They are replaceable and just may be missing or ripped. The only regulators i've messed with is for scuba diving and replace the seals regularly.
Just a thought.

This reg was from Florida.
Guy isn't returning my pm or email.

Some swear by tne milwalkee. some say they stuck.
Dont know what to do.

I think the aquariumplants regulator is the best out there.
