Need disease ID on Flame Wrasse

I've had my Flame Wrasse in QT for a few weeks now and it hasn't been eating. Yesterday the disease finally started to show symptoms and I need some help in ID'ing the disease so I can treat accordingly. The fish has 3-5 white nodules on it's body with 1 nodule being on the tail. The nodules look 3d in nature so I'm pretty sure it's not ich and because the nodules are mainly on the body it has me thinking it's something else. I'll attach a few photos and you can mainly see the nodules on the top side of its body below the top fin.

Cant really tell from the photo. You might try prazi, it cant hurt. I rarely have an issue getting them to eat so that surprises me. Be sure he has someplace to hide in the tank. I use a piece of 1-1/2" PVC in our cubes.

From your description it might be lymphocystis. If it is there's no treatment other than reduce stress and improve the diet. It also can lead to a secondary infection.

Could be lymph from your description but there is no know cure other than pristine water quality and high quality, varied diet. Caused by stress
