Need everything but tank for 29 g FOWLR

I need to get a good skimmer, live rock, and sand for sure but don't know what else I need. I want to get some clown and damsel but am not sure if I need a power head, and or any other type of filtration device. This tank will one day become my quarantine tank. I want to get it up and running this weekend and will have today through sunday around 1:00pm off. I would like to have everything ready to start cycling the tank on sunday.
