Need good Live Rock for a Restart

I've been tankless for around 5 months now and have been missing it a bit.
Over the last week I have been contemplating restarting a small Pico Tank.
I have absolutely everything I need to get started already on hand, the only thing I would need to buy is a very small amount of Live Rock to get started. I actually have some dry rock on hand, but I'd really like to have a small amount of quality Live Rock to get things jump started. I really would only need 1 or 2 lbs since the tank is only 4g.
Does Aquatic Marine or Coral Reef have decent LR lately? Does anyone on here have a really nice small piece of rock they'd be willing to sell me?
It's hard to find decent LR locally, but I'm trying to avoid having to order it in for such a small amount.
If anyone in the W. Knoxville or Oak Ridge area has something they could help me get jump-started with, I'd really appreciate it.
(NO hair algae or bubble algae, pls!!)

This is how the tank used to look when I had it set up before:

I don't think so, actually. It was very Macro Dominated at that time, but I also had access to Macros then that I don't have access to now, some of them pretty hard to find.
I'm sure I'll put a few Macros in there, but I think this incarnation will end up looking different.

This tank as it was before was actually supposed to be included in a chapter on Macroalgae in a new Reef Aquarium book by Alf Nilssen that was scheduled to come out this summer, but it hasn't come out yet. I'm hoping the Macroalgae pics from this tank don't end up getting cut from the book once it finally makes an appearance.

On a different note, that was you at the store w/your boys when I first came in, wasn't it? I almost came over & said Hi, but I wasn't totally sure. :)

I can hook you up with some corals if you want. You can have some blue cloves (which I got from you) and some green nepthea (which I got from you) :)

Some other stuff too perhap. Light tan/greenish palys, etc.

Whoo hoo!!!
I may just take you up on that.
Has the Nepthea grown well for you?
That's one of my old corals that I actually miss.
