I have had no sucess getting good close up shot of anything with this camera. I use the close up function and still comes out blur. Is there a program I can use to clear it up? Is there something I'm missing on the menu screen? Please help or it will be retired!!! Thank you

Can you post some pics? It will probably help us figure out what's going on. Aside from the close-up function what other settings are you using (shutter speed, aperture, iso/ auto?)? Basically it's one of two issues unless there's something wrong with the camera. It's either a shutter speed that is too slow to avoid either camera shake (you not being able to hold the camera steady enough) or the camera isn't focusing properly. You can't have the camera any closer than 12cm to your subject, and at that close distance you have to be zoomed all the way out to the widest angle. Greg
