A tank that requires a skimmer could run for a while with out the skimmer. Many tanks do not have skimmers at all. Please don't title your threads in such a way that it sounds urgent.

In the DVRC forum last week someone posted because they had just moved to a new home and there tanks plumbing was leaking constantly and flooding there floors. That's a bit more urgent.

well i didnt know. its a lil hard to figure all this sh!t out. i said asap because i was going to work and wanted to get it done before i went. so to me it was urgent
