Need help building a sump...

Hey, I am in the process of plumbing a 55 gallon tank and building a sump for it. Any help you can offer would greatly be appreciated. I am looking for DIY plans, tips, photos of your own DIY projects actual "real" physical laborers (willing to work for food...or beer) or anything that may make things easier and smoother.
