Need help choosing a pump

I'm In the planning stages for a external fuge for my biocube 14. The fuge will be in the stock stand on the bottom shelf which is about 4 ft below the top rim of the tank. I'm wanting a pump that flows between 150-200 gph at around 4ft of head loss. Does anyone have any recommendations?

i would probably just use a MJ1200

According to the head loss calculator here on RC, a MJ1200 won't work...

i used one as a return pump for a 40 breeder with 4 feet of head height for months. if you're gonna use the calculator just pick any pump from there that says it will work.

Thanks for the reply. I've never setup an external sump o r fuge before, so I used the calculator as a starting point.
