Need help choosing a tank!

Im looking at getting that tank. I need help with the options since im a newb to all of this. If you have any suggestions please post.
Also i dont plan on putting corals that need a high level of light just for more information so you can help me more.

i would say just get a 70 watt mh for 140 its on the same site

and throw a couple more fans and pcs in and viola
more watts less money

or just get this

and a 10g tank at petsmart for $10
and as for a filter
just buy a cheap topfin filter
fill it with the right media
and your good to go

the nanotuners 4.24 is a good and powerful light upgrade, but im a firm believer in DIY and there are soo many ways to go about lighting for a nanocube. you can go with power compacts, metal halides, t-5's, or any combination of the three.

id suggest:
x1 70w MH with a 14k bulb
x1 24w actinic
x1 24w 10,000k

or maybe im full of it, just my $0.02
