Need help evaluating in Tank grow options to reduce nitrate

I have some algae in tank how much should I do to help control the nitrate in 20gal reef with fish? I've only ever done a fudge just unable to with this set up

What fish and inverts do you have? What algae are you looking at using? What's your current nitrate level?

10ppm, I have brachypus and one other I have 2 clowns 3 Bengali cardinals a vector go by 5 hermits 4 mini hermits 2 stream snails. Pulsing xenia, Anthelia, pink and green sinularia, cabbage and colt leather

Imo 10 ppm is not that high with soft corals

Can probably run some chaeto. C. Prolifera looks good in the tank and has a fairly low chance of going sexual.

I have that and brachypus both look great, the brachypus keeps short and so doesn't crowd foreground and the proliferation is on left Sid and accents tank well ill post pics today if I can
