Need Help Finding A T5 Ballast Locally

Does anyone know where I can buy this ballast or a comparable one locally?

I am using a sylvania ballast on 2 of my 48" T5 bulbs. Most electical supply houses should carry them. I think they come in 2 and 4 bulb configurations.
