I feel that the only way I may be able to get my HA problem under control is by selecting a better combination of algae to go with my Cheato. I've set up a dedicated 10 gallon tank specifically to grow macro for nutrient competition. It has about 4" of sand for root growth.
Your recommendations as to type and source would be appreciated. It also seems that this may not be the best time of year to obtain the macro I need.
