Need help getting true perc's to sex

I have 2 true perc's which I have had for almost 18 months now but I do not think they have sexed yet. They are both about the same size, one is a little more orange than the other. They also used to fight before my anemone split over who got it for the night and the more orange always won. Several people have told me that I need another clown because my clowns have no compitition so they feel no need to sex. By sex I mean turn male and female. They appear to be a pair for the most part, one seems very interested in cleaning specific parts of rock but they have been doing this for months now. Please help me I really wanna try breeding them.

Don't get another clown. That would most likely delay spawning. Just feed them several times a day, and give them a nice calm environment. The growth spert that comes along with turning female requires a great deal of high quality foods. In my opinion, most people just don't feed them enough. I feed my young Perc's about 3 to 5 times a day, and they act like they are starving every time I feed them.
If they have been living together for 18 months, they are most likely male and female.
