My angel started to develop this white spot 1 day after i brought it back from the fish shop.

May I know what disease is this? What treatment can be apply?

yap, a numbers of single white spot on the body. My is Vermiculated Angel.

Is this common issue for angel?

If it is a lot of small white spots then 99% of the time it'll be ich. Lots of information on it and it's treatment around here. Try looking it up.

I'm kind of sure is not ich as I saw ich symptom before, can check out my photo.
