Need help identifying a crab

I found this dead crab in my tank and have tried to identify it for a few hours with no luck.
By the look of the claws I think it could be why I haven't seen my mandarin in a few weeks but my pipefish is fine so I'm unsure.
Any ideas?

It has four legs on one side and two on the other, maybe it lost some before dying?

I have on similar in my fuge now. He was a snail assassin! His other claw is tucked under him. I was a bit confused after getting flushed out of rock with the water hose!

That looks exactly like mine, on closer inspection it's even got white spots on top.

I haven't noticed a lot of snails going missing, all the ones that have I've put down to my puffer:lol:

You sure it's dead and not just the molt?? Might want to do a further check.

Check if its body is hollow. If so, it's just a molt. Or just cut it in half and see if there's meat inside.
