Need help identifying fish disease and treatment

Could anyone help me identify this disease and the associated treatment? I have two clowns and one blue hippo tang. The clown fishes seem to have white patches and the hippo tang looks stressed (as you can see in the picture). I did 50% water change and the water parameters are normal.

Please help me. image.jpg

1. How old is this aquarium?

2. If less than six months old, what is ammonia level?

3. What is SG of this aquarium? How measured?

4. When was the last fish added to this aquarium?

5. Was it quarantined? If so, how? And how long? Was it prophylactically treated? How?

8. Please describe in detail, the appearance of the fish? If there is one or more pimples, are they lumpy? What color?

9. Please describe the behavior of the fish as best you can. Is it acting reclusive? Is it always up towards the top of the aquarium? Is it avoiding light? How active is the fish?

10. Is the fish eating? What?

1. How old is this aquarium?
- This aquarium is over 8 months old.

2. If less than six months old, what is ammonia level?
- The current ammonia level is zero.

3. What is SG of this aquarium? How measured?
- I haven't measured this yet.

4. When was the last fish added to this aquarium?
- The last fish added was blue tang 4 months ago that died of ich. I believe, that tang already had ich as he was rubbing against the sand but the guy at LFS told me that the tang is just being active and I trusted him. :(
This new blue tang was added one month ago.

5. Was it quarantined? If so, how? And how long? Was it prophylactically treated? How?
-No.

8. Please describe in detail, the appearance of the fish? If there is one or more pimples, are they lumpy? What color?
- There are no lumps/pimples on the fish. However, today I saw that all three fishes have powder-like stuffs on their body and noticed that eyes of tang looks little cloudy.

9. Please describe the behavior of the fish as best you can. Is it acting reclusive? Is it always up towards the top of the aquarium? Is it avoiding light? How active is the fish?
- Two clowns are less active than usual. Tang is less active than usual and likes to hang around with cleaner shrimp. All of them swims around for some time and then slows down, seems like they get tired after swimming for a while.

10. Is the fish eating? What?
- All fishes are eating but not much like they used to. I'm feeding them variety of food soaked in garlic including pellets, frozen brine shrimp, mysis and sea weed.

I went to LFS today and they suggested PimaFix & MelaFix.

I appreciate your help.

well you should change lfs immediately, if the initial hippo that died has ich, then for sure all your fish have ich now

also you could of added a number of disease by not having a QT protocol

I agree (especially about changing LFS), but this particular one is most likely velvet. Read the stickies for treatment. Sounds like the LFS runs a low level of copper in their system.
