need help identifying something on my banded shrimp

I just bought this banded shrimp at my lfs and I don't know what it is I looked up isopods but it doesn't look like that but then again I don't know can someone help me

Isopods, all right. Bad news, but possibly survivable in good conditions.
That shrimp will kill small fish if it survives and gets nice and big. They're opportunistic hunters, have large claws, and are fast enough to grab things.

Thanks for that link cloak. My wife always makes fun of me for wearing heavy duty shoulder length reef gloves whenever I put my arm in the tank. Maybe after reading that and my recent mantis discovery I will get less crap about it lol.

I had a large one with one of those, it went away after about 6 months and quite a few molts. Don't worry about it.
