need help identifying something

I tried to take a pic but my camera sucks. They are extremely small reddish orange clear snail looking things. They have no shell and they are on some of my gsp and rock. The gsp are all closed so I assume these are not good.

They were not visible in the tank yesterday. They were probably there I just didn't notice them. There are quite a few and may have just multiplied in the last couple days.

Any ideas?
