Need help identifying

I am in the process of setting up a new tank, i have noticed some frags that were in my QT have these bad boys on them. Not sure what they are. Any ideas?

even if they were friendly, i wouldn't risk putting it in the tank. I'd dip it

pods they are.. did you have any fish in the qt? .. looks like the frag is dead.. in return the pods were feeding on it.. imo

doesnt look dead to me and seems strange that pods would be on that acro like that
