Need help identifying

Ok about a 2 months ago i got what was sold to me as a brown star polyp. It was brown for awhile with a kinda pink base. But now its white still opens up fully.

Encrusting Gorgonian perhaps?

Hey thanks after looking at a few pictures of what you said thats the closest thing ive found to it. But any idea why it would be turning white?
