Need help IDing little "orange tree" on my turbo snail

Hi, I'm brand new to saltwater tanks so go easy on me. I just added a turbo snail to my tank from the LFS and noticed it has two little orange tree looking things growing on its shell. The little tree things retract the second it comes close to being touched. Is this some sort of parasite or is it going to harm my tank at all?

I have a couple of snails with feather dusters on their shells. its a bonus!!!
