1. Rent crane
2. Get "really big chainsaw"
3. Cut roof off of house.
4. Pickup wife from floor, where she passed out.
5. Lower tank
6. Replace roof.
7. Sign divorce papers from wife's new attorney.
8. Prepare to sell house to pay wife off.

You forgot to include the addition of several feet of reinforced concrete to support the load.
How would you retrieve that frag that falls between the rocks--with a DSV or scuba?

So how many gallons of RO/DI water will you have to replace each day? That's a lot of trips to the LFS.
