Need help! Low pH suggestions

I have a 210G display that I built in wall in my newly built home in the basement area. The total system volume is 370 gallons including sump and refugium. The pH is continually low until I open the only window in my basement, which is right behind the tank in my office/den. This was a fine solution for the summer months but now that it's getting colder this no longer works because my office is cold.

I have plumbed 1" pvc to the outside and connected it to the air intake in my skimmer and that doesn't resolve. I've also temporarily setup an airpump (Whisper 60) which sits outside to an airstone in the sump and the two together still does not raise the pH.

With the window open, the pH gets up to 8.1. When closed it drops to 7.8. Does anyone have any sensible suggestions of how I can get more fresh air into the tank? TIA

u need to bump up your dKH and see how long it takes to drop...i would also test Mg which will help w/pH....more current and aggitation of surface areas will help too....what kind of skimmer ru using..??

I'll have to measure to be sure. Last I measured it was pretty high (around 13 I believe) and I was dripping limewater at the time so I stopped.

I am using a Bermuda Aquatics 5C.

Here are my vitals taken earlier today:

pH: 8.01
Nitrate: 10ppm
Ammonia: 0ppm
Alk: 7dKH/2.51meq/L
Calc: 350ppm
Mg: 1200ppm

Looks like I need to get a few numbers up.

Your alk looks low to me. The buffer in your tank is what resists pH change. If you bump that up your pH will likely also be more stable.
