Hi Everyone, well my tank is built and sitting right next to the stand on the ground. But I am going to need help moving the tank onto the stand. I am planning this move for this Saturday morning around 8 or 9. Rob from Southwest Saltwater has already volunteered to help, and we are looking for at least 4-5 others to help lift. I thought if we had a good turnout we could even have a club Aquatic Odyssea meeting at my house that day, killing two birds with one stone. So please we could use all the help we can get!! Thanks

I would offer but I've got a vet appointment for my dogs at 10:20 that morning, after getting my 220 up on its stand I understand the need for several people. We had 4 people and it was just enough

6 guys should do it but we can borrow a table lift from dave if you are up to a short drive to phoenix, just finished my leak test on my tank, so far so good, just the plugs on the close loop holes are leaking a bit but with 450 gallons of water bearing down on them I can see it.

So far I only have 1 for sure person and that is Rob from Southwest Saltwater. And 2 maybes. Please lend a hand if you can. Thanks

You can get plenty of help in front of Lowes or Home Depot. If you can afford such a big tank I am sure you can pay a few people to do the sweat. I would help you if you stopped talking to the coral while jumping up and down at the store.
Good Luck.
Dave

umm okay, don't know who you are or what you mean my talking ot coral and jumping up and down at the store??? LOL Good first post!

wow, don't suppose it could wait till June when I'm home from Iraq for R&R could it? I'd certainly love to come help if I could :(

(ask Rob, I don't mind moving stuff!)

well thank you BlackJack for the offer, But you are already helping out more than anyone, for everyone. Thank you for all you do, Day in and Day out!!

Hey Fitchguy, I will help for sure... But it seems this post is old and its likley that the job is done already??? Anyways I notice you are a AF guy. I am too out at DM. We should meet up some time. Let me know if you need any help, I could always use another EPR Bullet. LOL....
Thanks
Joel

Thank you for you offer Outcastjra! Yes the tank is now in its final resting spot. Thank you so much to all that helped out and for those who offered but had valid reasons not be there.(Blackjack) The wall will start to be constructed and frame the tank in tomorrow morning. Outcastjra, I don't know if we will need any more help since the hard part is done, but thanks again. Where do you work on Base? Do you live in Base HOusing? We can meet up sometime,

That is if I am not too busy talking to corals, and jumping up and down at fish stores. LOL ( See above post) I think that is going to be my new qoute. Thanks DavenTurner!
