need help - mushroom is dying

I dont know its name. i took this picture two weeks ago, not the mushroom look worse, its color is brown and one mushroom left the rock it was attached to.
these are the water parameters:
PH: 8.6
NITRATE: 10
NITRITE: 0
AMONIA: 0.25
TEMP: 25-26
tank 150 liters with 150W MH

is your tank already cycled?

coz from your parameters, there is still ammonia
in your system and that is bad for corals

the tank is running 3 months mybe more but i have a problem with my skimmer it's not working well this is the cause for the amonia. i have a new skimmer i'll install it in a few days.
meanwhile can i do somthing? whater changes?

Your pH is really high as well. Should be between 8.0 and 8.3

What is your alk and Ca at? My mushrooms get really unhappy and look like that if I don't dose for a few days and my alk gets low.

What is the Ca level recomended for that mushroom?
